Bad capacitors…grr!

My main PC monitor yesterday morning just would not display an image and made an odd whining noise. Thinking that some capacitors had given up, I opened it up and found seven bulging capacitors (nearly all had leaked and some had even blown their bottoms off). Six capacitors were 470uF 25V and one was 220uF 25V. The capacitors were “Xunda” branded. Dodgy.
